About Relievve Therapy
Relievve Therapy is a safe, confidential, and supportive space dedicated to helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, mental health concerns, and life transitions. Our approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and grounded in compassion, respect, and professionalism.
My Story
Relievve Therapy was created from a deep commitment to supporting mental and emotional wellbeing. We understand that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and our mission is to provide a calm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
Our work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with connection. Each individual’s experience is unique, and therapy at Relievve is tailored to meet your personal needs, goals, and pace.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers an opportunity to gain clarity, build resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges.
— A safe space to heal, grow, and rediscover balance
Our Clinical Approach
Therapy at Relievve is collaborative and evidence-based. Sessions are not about being told what to do — they are about working with a trained clinician to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a way that produces real, lasting change.
We integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, EMDR for trauma reprocessing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based practices. Treatment plans are individualized, regularly revisited, and grounded in measurable goals.
Above all, we hold an ethical commitment to client safety, cultural humility, and informed consent. Every clinician at Relievve operates under the licensing and ethical standards of their professional board.
